IMPORTANT – this is a legal agreement between you and we mean business coalition (referenced herein as “CREDIT4CE project consortium”).

You should therefore read carefully the following terms and conditions contained in these terms of use agreement as they govern your use of the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eu. 

1. Homepage / License Grant(s)

The carbonfootprint-credit4ce.euis made available by the consortium of the Interreg Central Europe Project CREDIT4CE, and this term of use provides to you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.euconditioned on your continued compliance with these terms of use. You may print and download materials and information from this carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eusolely for your personal use, provided that all hard copies contain all copyright and other applicable notices contained in such materials and information and that you do not further distribute or disclose such materials and information. This term of use also provides to you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license and right to use any carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eu tools and any reporting output provided to you via such tools solely for internal business purposes. You may not access or use the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.euor any materials through the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eufor any commercial or unauthorized purposes.

2. Licence Grant Restrictions

This term of use is only a license and not an assignment or sale. The consortium of the Interreg Central Europe Project CREDIT4CE transfers no ownership or intellectual property interest or title to you or anyone else. Further, the consortium of the Interreg Central Europe Project CREDIT4CE reserves all rights not expressly granted by these terms of use, including the right to update or otherwise implement new versions or changes to the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eu. Accordingly, you may not modify, translate, decompile, create derivative work(s) of, copy, distribute, disassemble, broadcast, transmit, publish, remove, or alter any proprietary notices or labels, license, sublicense, transfer, sell, mirror, frame, exploit, rent, lease, private label, grant a security interest in, or otherwise use in any manner not expressly permitted herein the XXX homepage, nor may you use the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.euto develop a product or service that competes with the offerings provided at the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eu.

3. Proprietary Rights

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, sounds, programs, software, information and documentation as well as the design, structure and arrangement of any content contained on or available through the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eu, unless otherwise indicated, are owned, controlled, and licensed by the consortium of the Interreg Central Europe Project CREDIT4CE. Except as expressly provided herein, the consortium of the Interreg Central Europe Project CREDIT4CE does not grant any express or implied right to you or any other person under any intellectual or proprietary rights. The carbonfootprint-credit4ce.euis owned by the consortium of the Interreg Central Europe Project CREDIT4CE. All rights reserved.

4. Founding

The consortium of the Interreg Central Europe Project CREDIT4CE is responsible for the creation and design of the carbonfootprint-credit4ce.eu. Therefore, the partners of the project received found from the Interreg Central Europe Programme, co-funded by the European Union.
